Your kidneys also regulate your blood pressure;, stimulate the red cells which are responsible for transporting oxygen and minerals to different tissues & systems of the bod;y; secrete stimulatory hormones that promote hormonal balance throughout the body & produce calcitriol, which is an active form of Vitamin D.

Balance is a foundational principal of wellness. The kidney’s promote the manifestion of balance in the physical body. Yes, the kidneys primary function is filtration, but, they also keep the body in fluid and chemical balance. Your kidneys also play a vital role in the ph (acid-alkaline) balance of the body.

Clove, Fennel, Basil, Ginger, Peppermint

When you use salt, use a high quality sea salt

CELL PHONE DANGERS & TOXICITY

It seems like everywhere we turn there is increasing toxicity. Putting your head in the sand & ignoring this will not serve you. Instead what we need to do, is open our eyes, educate ourselves & made choices to support our health & welln

ess. The reality is that I don’t see cell phone usage disappearing. So what do we do? **I personally limit my cell phone usage. I don’t like paying for it, but, I still have a land line at home & do my best to use it when I can. I hold the phone away from my body. I don’t store it on my body. I eat ample greens to help my body stay alkaline, which helps my body to detox the effects of radiation. I take an organic whole food supplement, which contains high amounts of chemically organic minerals (which the body uses to neutralize radiation). I also use the “Electro-Clear” System to neutralize EMF radiation in my home, my car, & my place of business. I know it can feel overwhelming, but, truly there are solutions that you can add it your life…… Be Healthy & At Peace….
